Abstract

This article collects the main findings of the research on SDG 3 of the United Nations agenda, and refers to the impact on the mental health of the student population of U San Marcos during the COVID 19 pandemic and as the Node of the transformative seal of Collective Leadership served to reinforce in many situations, to provide support to colleagues who were being affected.
Likewise, the research yielded interesting data for the University Administration, by evidencing certain weaknesses in the management of the issue of mental health in the student population that can be improved with new processes, as well as reinforcements in the curricular mesh of the courses to pursue goals in the Collective Leadership Node that in turn supports the SDG ·
