The pandemic, an agent of change in technology applied to education

Aim. Carry out an analysis to contrast the use and exploitation of technological tools before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic in schools in rural areas.
Methodology used. Being an investigation that evokes the quality of the information, the qualitative method was chosen. Observation and interview techniques were used.
Results. Teachers use technology almost daily, some for educational purposes with their students and others in a more personal way. The technological resources were not as diverse as expected, the help from the government was given somewhat late and was scarce.
Conclusions. Most of the positive results were due to the persistent or positive attitude of the participants and not so much to the technological resources that were provided or possessed.
