Abstract

Sustainability is much more than a business trend; it is a strategic component in the development of businesses seeking an optimal balance of economic growth. Emerging technologies enable data analysis and foster collaborative work within and outside the organization, leading to the implementation of ideas that benefit both the market and its employees. Many articles and writings address sustainability, leadership, technologies, and Industries 4.0 and 5.0. This is a documentary review study with a hermeneutic approach. The finding is not statistical data, but rather a proposed conceptual model. To this end, a qualitative documentary research study was conducted on a selection of mostly indexed articles. The objective is to support prospective analysis from the highest strategic level of organizations, considering human talent in the latest iteration of the industry.
