This article is literary research that aims to answer the following question: How to take new knowledge and turn it into innovative proposals in organizations? To answer it, a theoretical reference has been developed to illustrate how current organizations that coexist in competitive and continuous change environments can build an innovation culture that allows them to survive and grow in the market. There is a long way to go between the knowledge and added value development for the client; that long way constitutes a problem for current executives, and it is only possible to cross it through project management.
