INDUSTRY 5.0 AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY: A HUMAN, TECHNOLOGICAL AND ETHICAL APPROACH

Abstract

The Fifth Industrial Revolution, known as Industry 5.0, represents a paradigm shift in how organizations conceive of the relationship between technology, people, and sustainability. Unlike previous approaches focused primarily on efficiency and automation, Industry 5.0 proposes a human-centric, resilient, and sustainable model. This article aims to analyze organizational sustainability from the perspective of intelligent organizations within the framework of Industry 5.0, integrating technological, human, and ethical dimensions. Through a theoretical and analytical review of scientific literature and institutional documents, the main challenges and opportunities for contemporary organizations are identified. The main contribution is a proposed conceptual framework that articulates economic, social, and environmental sustainability with organizational intelligence and technological humanism, thus contributing to the academic debate and the practice of sustainable organizational management.
