Abstract

In the era of the information society, universities face new challenges that require a significant change in conventional educational approaches. Advances in artificial intelligence provide a unique opportunity to enhance education at all levels by providing precise personalization of the learning process according to the unique needs of each student. This approach will incorporate various forms of human interaction as well as information and communication technologies.
In this new millennium, universities must accept the challenge of developing digital competencies that enable them to educate professionals capable of understanding and adapting to technological environments and promoting the universalization of the digital language through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) programs.
