Abstract

This article contextualizes the scope of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education, since seven decades have passed since its birth. Although the subject sounds innovative and even science fiction, the reality is that Artificial Intelligence is around us, so much so that we do not realize it, as Allan Turing raised in the 1950s. In education AI is not the exception, it is part of daily life, therefore the scope is developed taking into account the actors of the educational process: students, teachers and the learning process. AI was born in ICT Information and Communication Technologies and is becoming more and more omnipresent in all disciplines of the human being, but like all technology it has its pedagogical opportunities, but it also has legal limitations such as learning analytics and learning. Protection of personal data.
