Abstract

Education conducted on a virtual environment due to a pandemic makes it necessary for teachers to have the basic guidelines to act in the event of a panic crisis within their class. For this reason, the investigation was made in a descriptive way to analyze whether teachers have the right tools to address this disorder in their students. Many of the teachers confirm knowing what do to if this situation occurs in their classrooms, however, they also affirmed they have never received a proper training of this subject, making clear the importance of workshops to teach what to do and what not to do when dealing with a panic attack.
