Abstract

This text analyzes the importance of new teaching processes, how to integrate the gender perspective, leading to a more egalitarian and inclusive society, and also highlights the role of teachers in how they can promote critical thinking, through a collaborative effort between teachers and the system. educational and clear public policies, to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all genders. In addition, it analyzes the impact of the academic and personal development of students, and how it can contribute to a more egalitarian and fair society and the importance of promoting diversity in the classroom, in summary it is the urgency of incorporating teaching processes adapted to the new generations and can face the challenges of the 21st century and create a better future for all, as agents of change.
